    Love these classes. First round is not bad, but by the end you are dripping sweat and legs and arms are shaking. Split off into groups and it’s either a timed switch or counted off reps at each station. Great all body workout for when you need to push yourself hard.

    Ok this class is a dang workout. It’s the day after and my ABS are sore! I didn’t understand what the workout was when I signed up- it’s basically part elliptical (but like a manual one) part circuit workout. Dave switches stuff up like changing the intensity on the elliptical or makes you go backwards, and sometimes you repeat the moves like 3 times but stuff is always changing. He also pays a lot of individual attention while keeping the flow of the class going. Great class!
