The atmosphere was incredibly warming, and the experience brought a profound sense of calm to my mind, body, and soul. The instructor made everything easy to understand, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the practice. Her kindness and gentle approach truly enhanced the experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking to find peace and balance in their life!

see all reviewsThis studio was a sanctuary upon entrance. They have a wonderful gallery on the wall that pays homage to all of the great yogis from history. I always know I’m in for a spiritual treat when I enter a studio that has photos of the greats displayed. They had a very cute boutique in the entrance that had beautiful clothing and spiritual materials for sale. Felipe was a master guide in hatha Asanas and maintaining ultimate presence. The class was perfect and exactly what I needed when I signed up for a half a class. It is very very rare for me to find hatha classes available in Miami. This place is a gem and Felipe is an incredible instructor. His hands on adjustments were perfection, and his ability to queue to breathing with his own powerful breath sounds while also speaking instructional cues to us was astounding. There was a sound bath during Shavasana, and our third eyes were massaged. I had an incredibly rough morning, so this class was exactly what I needed to reset my energy, maintain gratitude and focus on the present. Felipe is incredibly knowledgeable, and you should not miss out on a chance to learn and relax deeply with him.
