    Hot Quickie

Marquela is a great instructor! She’s light hearted but serious in a good way. This class was tough for me. If you’re used to Vinyasa this was super different and difficult. I wouldn’t say it’s great for beginners but I think you can catch up after a few classes. Don’t eat before and bring plenty of COLD water.

    LIIT

Such a good burn, great for beginners just getting back into working out because Candice takes her time to really show you how to do the moves and make corrections along the way. I’ve taken LIIT with both Candice and Bridget and they’re both phenomenal!
