This was my very first private yoga class, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I suspect that there is usually more than one person who signs up for the Wednesday morning class with Mona, but as fate would have it, I was her only student this morning. I was a bit nervous at first, but that quickly faded as Mona led the way into what was one of the MOST FANTASTIC classes I’ve ever taken, & I’ve been taking and teaching yoga for almost 10 years now. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give this darling lady a try. Whether you come for one of her fuller classes, or you treat yourself and take a private class, you will leave with a smile on your face and a lighter step!
