    Jen asked people if they had any injuries, which was great. She corrected form. Only issue, and maybe I’m wrong, is that perhaps she could suggest lower weights or modifications for people who didn’t appear to be executing the exercises properly, but appeared to be executing improperly due to lack of strength, not lack of knowledge.
