see all reviewsThe class was good overall. You get taught the basic steps at the beginning of the class (though I think this part goes too fast for beginners). Then you get paired up with a lead but there were more women then men so it was awkward when you had to dance by yourself. You go around the circle and switch partners for the remaining 30 minutes. The instructor teaches you about 3 additional moves to add to the basic moves you learned at the beginning of the class. The parking was easy to find and so was the location. What I didn’t like was that the class was too big.

Had my heart rate going the whole time! There’s plenty of modifications as well. Fast paced, and something new and refreshing with the boxes and bands.
