Belle is a fantastic masseuse, without a doubt one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I explained my areas of concern and Belle worked her magic and took the time to focus on my tense areas. Belle did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and explained everything. I left feeling so relaxed and had a great detox. Highly recommend!

Even though I had to go to work afterwards I felt deep restorative effects with my breathing being much more slow, deep and effective for the rest of the day (which I also saw tracked on my oura ring which is unusual as my normal work day shows high stress levels). see all reviewsWonderfully warm male staff member assisting on arrival, unfortunately I’d avoid booking a sauna here at all costs if you’re hoping for a straightforward, organised, peaceful and comfortable recovery session. Staff were confused and unaware of my booking altogether upon arrival, meaning the sauna wasn’t prepped/turned on until I’d already gotten there. Was then advised to wait “10, maybe 20 mins?” for the sauna to sufficiently heat up, as it “takes a while”, even though my booking was scheduled to start and end at a specified time (inconceivably frustrating when you’ve blocked out a period to fit in between the multitude of time constraints you’re already juggling in your day). The sauna itself was the smallest I’d ever seen and took even longer to heat than suggested: struggling to break past 50 C even in the timeframe advised. Sauna also positioned in the most uncomfortable way I’ve ever encountered—a Single sauna standing in The most open area of the bathroom/change room, facing directly out onto where people enter, exit, and get changed.. with no wall or other means for privacy or any discretion (???). Not great fun if you’re not too into the sensation of feeling stuck in a glass box while being viewed like a zoo animal as people come and go. No screens, no towels, overly loud electro pop music and loud conversations on the gym floor blaring into the very area where the box is with no means for soundproofing (entire ceiling throughout gym is open), multiple platforms and avenues to book for the one, single sauna (potentially contributing to booking confusion), however no viable way to simply contact the venue if you just need some help/information ?? (numerous attempts to contact the gym to enquire about booking/facilities during their staffed hours, with none of the phone calls answered). TLDR: Lovely staff, absolutely abysmal sauna facilities)
