I really appreciated that she made a lot of use of the reformer machines, and with very innovative exercises which literally used all parts of the reformer (not only the bed and straps). Some of the movements were tricky (e.g. catching ourselves with our foot landing on the foot bar, as the bed slides back), but it just took some strategy to get the technique! Worth the trial and error, because the exercises were so much more fun than the standard ones!

You choose a numbered boxing bag and that also has a weights station around the wall with the same number. You can drop your stuff by that station. A screen lets you know the combos and an instructor is there to give further encouragement. Lots of upper body work. It was a good class and the instructor was very welcoming. Combos are clear and options to freestyle. If you like boxing it would be up your alley
