    This class was wonderfully nourishing. The studio is gorgeous and welcoming. Sacha is beautiful to listen to. The only slight negative was the two girls who insisted on whispering to each other before the class started.     Love this studio. Mary was also a great instructor who gave a tough workout with good options to advance / make easier if needed. I do wish KX classes in general ended with more stretches but I get that’s not their approach, and there is usually at least 5 mins between sessions so you can do your own stretches after. Even if it’s full like it was tonight the max is like 15/16 so never feels too busy/ you still get attention from the instructor.

    Such an awesome class at an amazing gym, there's such a sense of community at Life Hub but being new they were super welcoming.
