    Big place. Great amenities. Clean, too. Friendly staff. I really enjoyed yoga. Janelle (not sure if I got the spelling right!) was super friendly and I liked her. I did feel that the yoga session was short as there were breathing exercises at the start. Overall, I’d be back if I still have credits.

    I got there around 9:30am on a Sunday for a swim. It was still a little bit quiet and I was the only one at the pool until around 10:15am. Adrian was lovely and very welcoming. He took me around the facility and explained each and every single areas there. Super modern facility and pretty sure it have everything for everyone.

    Nice space, friendly staff, great equipment- enjoyed that the treadmills have a nature view option so I still got the feel of doing a nice hike from the comforts of inside whilst it pours with rain outside. Will likely be back when the weather is again so poor I’m unable to enjoy a walk outside! Thank you ☺️
