    Kara is an awesome instructor! She does a great job. I think the studio is kept much too cold for a barre class. It should be at least 70. It was set at 64. Barre isn’t a sweaty workout and the class was very easy, so I was freezing the entire time in socks and a sweatshirt and had muscle spasms due to the cold.

    Going there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

    Ali is one of if not the best fitness instructors I’ve ever had. Her instructions are super clear and she makes group exercise fun! She’s always willing to help and keeps everyone motivated.     Class was challenging, but in a good way! This was a full body workout that consisted of circuit training with and without weights and finished with abs. Ashley was such a fun and motivating trainer! I appreciated him coming around to correct my forms so I felt like I got the most out of the workout. Everyone in the class was also friendly and encouraging.
