    Jae-Eman, Tashon and Nancy are the best instructors! Immediately when you walk in the studio, they welcome you and ensure you have everything you need to have a great workout. The workout was intense, targeting various muscle groups, and I appreciated the instructor's guidance to push myself while maintaining proper form. The class struck the perfect balance between intensity and encouragement, making it an enjoyable yet challenging experience.     3D Fit Scan Body Composition Analysis - 5 mins

    As everyone else has shared, the staff were super nice! However, as much as I was worrying I’d be the person that got 0 on the body scan due to errors and reminded myself to double-check before I leave—trying out other machines got me forgotten, and indeed mine was the one with all the 0 🥲. Overall, still really nice to tryout their services and still recommend, just if you’re doing the body scan, check the result before you go!!
