    If you’re into pushing yourself, this class is an absolute must. I’m well versed in the nyc fitness scene, including a lot of intense classes, and this is such a welcome addition. So much so I’m sure I’ll be here regularly. No gimmicks — just super smart, thoughtful programming designed to make you work to fatigue (but in a safe and smart way unlike a lot of other places). Kyle was great — ran through everything clearly and gave me solid benchmarks and encouragement throughout. Classes are small and I am ALL ABOUT THAT - this feels like personal training. ???
