    I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

    Chase is super friendly and nice. He remembers everyone’s name! Studio is super clean and machines are spaced out-love how it’s on ground floor. Only bit of feedback for instructor is I feel like he reversed the directions… like he’d say right foot under left instead of left foot over right. Or like right foot under strap left foot on platform instead of left foot on platform right foot under carriage strap. Small minor feedback

    I absolutely LOVED this class! I’m usually in the gym during the week and this was a great change of environment and way to challenge my body differently. The instructor was attentive, had a great playlist, and challenged me, especially my core (it was on fire for a couple of days after the class). I’ll definitely be adding this to my workout routine!
