see all reviewsThe class was filled with light hearted vibes. James is friendly & approachable! Workouts were doable, you can make it harder by doing more rounds etc . I personally wished a timer was used (with a buzzer sound) and/or reminder of reps each exercise were vocalized out loud. It’s hard to remember what to do with which exercise when ure new. Will try this class again :)
