    Jae-Eman, Tashon and Nancy are the best instructors! Immediately when you walk in the studio, they welcome you and ensure you have everything you need to have a great workout. The workout was intense, targeting various muscle groups, and I appreciated the instructor's guidance to push myself while maintaining proper form. The class struck the perfect balance between intensity and encouragement, making it an enjoyable yet challenging experience. I look forward to continuing with this class and highly recommend it to anyone seeking an effective and uplifting workout as well as a supportive environment. :)

    Adam is awesome-he’s got the music and the moves and today was a really great mood elevator. Class was fast paced but easy to follow his directions. It’s a super good Cardio session. but also really fun. I loved it-everyone was clapping between songs.
