    I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

    Hidden gem! One of the best boxing gyms in NYC. Tashon is an amazing trainer! It was a non-stop 60mins of bag work, foot work, drills, shadow boxing, and sparring. I will be back and this will certainly become my weekly fitness routine!
