The instructor, Pey chii led us through a series of yoga poses that provided a wonderful stretch and relaxation. I left feeling rejuvenated and centered. Finally, I've found the class I am looking for. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a balanced and invigorating yoga experience.

The class went a little fast (started from 5th position for warm up, followed pirouettes and jumps), would be better suited for students with some ballet or dance background. Overall a fun class.

see all reviewsVery attentive and encouraging instructor Krystal. Nice cardio exercise and can train your flexibility as well. The session is good for beginners with no dancing background as instructor will give very detailed explanations of each movement. The place is pretty new and a bit hard to find because there is construction going on outside Marymount MRT station. It will be easier to find way by searching the building name instead of searching the postal code. I will definitely come again in future :D
