    This was my first spin class ever and I had so much fun!! The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and took the time to show me around and explain how things worked. I loved the high energy music and low lights combined with a kick ass workout. The instructor was great at leading the way through the workout and I really liked how she turned the lights off for the short recovery periods between boosts as it provided some introspection (and time to breathe). I loved the whole thing and I can’t wait to return!

    Great class. It was a mixture of rowing on a water rower and core, leg and upper body workouts, most of which were assisted by straps attached to the rowing machine. The class concluded with yoga stretches. Courtney was great. She demoed the exercises, explained what to pay attention to and cued us during the exercises.
