Trish is an awesome instructor but be warned her classes aren’t for beginners. Her vibe is similar to CrossFit, if you don’t like doing combo exercises she may not be up your alley. Otherwise, she offers a great challenging workout!!!

    BU Barre - IN-STUDIO

I hit snooze too many times, stepped on glass (🙃🙃🫠) and got to class later than expected. So, I wasn’t my best self. Michelle has this magic of positivity and a good class to help you get out of your own way. 10/10 would recommend.

Tanya is amazing, time flew by and flow was creative and had a great pace. Music was a little loud so sometimes it was hard to hear directions. Overall would highly recommend Tanya’s class!

    Vinyasa Yoga

This class is really technique and skills focused. I’ve been doing yoga for years, but this class helped me refocus my positions and skill. If you’re new to the class, like I was, you’ll get lots of individualized attention. I left feeling more flexible, but it was definitely more of a workout than I was going for (I was hoping for a relaxing stretch) and more instruction than I anticipated.
