    Vera’s routine was really creative. Sometimes changing between the movements took a little more care and attention because I wasn’t familiar, but I appreciated the different moves. She was also very attentive to peoples’ form throughout class.

    Julia is one of my favorite instructors at Core40. You know if you take her class, you are going to get the best workout and get all the shakes! Her leg series killed me today. She always focuses on form and comes around to help people make adjustments. Would definitely recommend her class !!

    1st ever Pilates class, and I will definitely be coming back. Kasey was a BodyRokStar! Arriving 15 mins prior to my first lesson gave enough time for me to be initiated to the reformer experience. I had no idea what I was getting into, but all of the instructions, the pace of the class and the welcome from the experienced members was top-notch. If I can walk tomorrow I’ll start thinking about when I’ll be back for my next class.
