We practiced like 3-5 major poses in this class during the span of 90 minutes. Dustin pushed us quite a lot, but if you're ballerina-flexible, then it'll be easy. He's very precise and demonstrates all of the moves before our turn, so that was really nice. I noticed that in my classes at Yoga Garden, they don't really come by to help you adjust? So not sure if I'm doing well or they just don't give corrections?

Efficient workout in just 35 minutes. All of the Basecamp 60/10 classes seem more cardio-focused than strength-focused to me (even though this one is labeled strength) because there is so much switching. It is really only the 90/15 classes where I feel I actually have the opportunity to work on strength.
