Then on to form and footwork and then hardcore punching bags. Such a solid workout. Get ready to put in work!

see all reviewsThis was my first class, and it was wonderful! The coach, Akkim, was wonderful, and patient with me! The class was small enough that everybody had individual attention from the coach. The gym was really spacious. Everything was clean, including the bathroom. And the reception person Jaylin was lovely and very welcoming!! the work out was fantastic and I can’t wait to go back!!!
