    Great workout. Small class because it was 8:30pm which was nice. Tom has a rowing background, which I think really makes a difference for coaching. The instructors without rowing backgrounds can lead good classes but don’t always have as good form or know how to correct things.

    What a great class. Garrett is a great instructor, personable and offers hands on help with form and technique. Very motivating and an overall good workout. I never thought I’d get this much from rowing but he mixes it up well bw rowing, weights and other exercises. Highly recommend his class if you want to get a good cardio workout in.
