    Rowhouse 34th Street is always my favorite workout place. They are so nice and accommodating and really strive to make it the best possible experience for everyone who comes through the doors. Also ,the place is beautifully maintained and the instructors are the best of the best. This class today with Edwin was no exception. An amazing work out in a beautiful and friendly environment!

    What a great class. Garrett is a great instructor, personable and offers hands on help with form and technique. Very motivating and an overall good workout. I never thought Id get this much from rowing but he mixes it up well bw rowing, weights and other exercises. Highly recommend his class if you want to get a good cardio workout in.
