    Great workout, nice instructors, fun music. Will definitely go back. Only feedback would be that they start the classes back to back (the class before ends at 10:30 and this class starts at 10:30) - that means that this class starts a little late and the transition period is a little chaotic. I think the studio should consider staggering the classes so there’s ~10 minutes between each class

    Dana was so nice. Incredibly welcoming. We did a quick warmup, a HIIT section, legs and arms. Finished with some planks. Great workout, will be back. Small and intimate spot like having small personal training.
