Virtual - Reformer on the Mat

I’ve actually never taken Daniel’s class in the studio before, but now I can’t wait until they reopen so I can! The online class was fast paced and FUN - Daniel’a humor and wit is a joy to watch - great class and so creative, closest thing to a reformer workout I’ve had in two months!

    HIIT

Small class (five people) spacious room with wooden floor and natural light. Front desk could be more helpful. No locker room or fancy equipments but it didn’t bother me. Two sets, three to four moves each set; repeat each set three times. Gets easier toward the end. Nice instructor.

    Boxing Conditioning

Such a good Saturday workout. Instead of running we played flip the pizza which was such a good interactive class activity. The burpees weren’t very fun but that just makes you wanna keep the pizza safe ! We did some fun new moves in class and now I have some victoriously bruised elbows ???? The next day I felt that great leg burn !!

Alessandra was very supportive of me as it was my first time there although it was not my first time kickboxing, many of the moves were different. There was a lot of partner exercises and an odd number so I worked with her one on one and she was very encouraging and I got in twice the workout! I will be back!

Alex is a great instructor. I’ve never done Muay that before and he paid attention to my individual needs as a beginner while also giving advanced training to the more experienced members of the class. Highly recommend both him and this class for anyone looking to intro in a martial art. I would go again now that I at least have some basic training. Thanks, Alex!

Julie was super nice and welcoming! So were the other ppl in the class who were regulars. I was the only beginner but we still went over enough basics and techniques where I felt like both me and the regulars got something out of it. The structure was good. Slight warm up and then focus on form and technique, practicing them on partners. Will def come back!

Nicest Crunch in the city. I would say it’s just as nice as a few of the equinox’s I’ve been too. The locker rooms are spacious, nice products, good blow dryers and flat irons. They have a great spin bike where I can easily use my peleton app. Overall I’d come here over any of the other locations 100%
