Fun, tough workout. I was expecting it to be Barry’s or fhitting room hard. It felt probably comparable to a fair fhitting room workout and a light to medium Barry’s workout. For sure what you put in is what you get out. Clear instructions, motivating instructor. Wish it were an hour long at 15-16 credits.

5 star workout and 4 star temperature issue. Great workout, enjoyed the hard Hills. I do wish the studio was not quite as cold to start bc it's freezing at the beginning. It makes my skin itchy because it's so cold on the surface while I'm getting warm on the inside!

    Switch Playground Class

Great concept for a class, but time is often wasted because trainers dont demonstrate the moves quickly enough, or they demonstrate it while you are in the middle of another workout, forcing you to stop the current workout you are doing to watch. Dont like how the trainers dance around you/wish there was more guidance on weights and band resistance. Overall it was a good workout though and I left sweaty.

    DASH 28

Matt had awesome music, great energy, and kept it positive. The only thing about the DASH 28 class is that the strength portion is too short to focus on all body sections, they should do different regions on different days of the week or per class to keep it focused.

A little lost initially since Fly has a tracking system everyone but newbies are familiar with. No recognition of newbies either but that's ok, you're here to move not be pampered to. But class was impressive. Ben was excellent at motivating people. Great mix of current hits and rock but all designed to move you. Impressed. Plus the tracking mechanism is really cool. Makes you a little competitive. Only other drawback, many lockers didn't work and it's a little like Grand Central at rush hour when classes change. Showers were clean.

Appreciate how she stays on the bike most of the time so you can watch her form and get motivated by her. Also her music choice is amazing. Its a different cool sound and find her songs tempo and lyrics very inspiring. Shes super sweet and let me take a pic of her song list and I cant wait to find those songs and listen to them! Good workout! Not as intense as other physique classes Ive taken but still great. Theyve moved across the street from their previous location so everything is brand new and fancy. There arent any windows in the studio I was in, but I dont think thats a problem. Personally I prefer more mirror space which this place delivers on.

    BURNOUT (endurance)

We had Jane and Alec in class today which was such a treat! 2 instructors are great. And both of them were attentive to form and really encouraging. Alec always offers modifications too which is unexpected but an added bonus in a burnout class. My issue with this studio is that the people here seem to be more into taking pictures than actually working out. People were actively complaining about planking in this burnout class. Not cool. Totally took away from class.

First time here and think it is now my favorite of all boxing studios in NYC. At the beginning of the class, the instructor showed us how to do different boxing moves before we started on the bags, unlike other studios I have been to. Brewer is hands down one of the top HIIT profile creators in the city. Do not even bother coming to his class unless you're ready to work your tush off, sweat buckets + be challenged in a whole new manner. His 'warmups' are usually a 20 min white board run down of various moves such as 10 kb swings + 5 push ups 2x before 500m row, then 4 shoulder taps + 2 push-ups 5x before 400m row etc. Then we'll cover 2 songs worth of lower body work, 'Sally' with goblet squats with over press + 'Faded' using bands for football shuffle + step outs. Ending is a 10min circuit. As an athlete who does Fhitting room, crossfit, brick, barrys + solace, this class is always murder!

These reviews ain't lying. Hands down one of the most amazing workouts I have ever done and I have been to fhitting room, brick, body space, Barry's. This sh*t is hard and has a lot to do with endurance which I know I lack. The instructor Roxy was amazing. The teammate atmosphere was amazing. High fives and support and enthusiasm from everyone. People were crawling, people sat out. Not for the faint of hear but it is f**king liberating. I can't believe this is considered beginner because I wanted to call it quits 2/3 thru the WARMUP!!! GOODTIMES FLOW

I love this studio so much. Always feel welcomed coming in and amazing after class. It’s a beautiful space with great instructors and interesting, challenging flows. The only thing I would note is that it’s a little bit on the warm side and I tend to find myself very sweaty!

    FLY 45

Rebecca is awesome - such a nice person but a total pro on the bike. Her class is super tough but she gives really precise instructions and cues so you always know what's coming and where you should be. Her music is fun and diverse and would appeal to anyone. Her class leaves you totally wiped out but also feeling so accomplished and invigorated!

    Hot Power Lunch Hour

First time at this studio. Very nice and great teacher. Super normal, which is rare for yoga lol. Very non-judge mental and easy to follow. But she did not demonstrate in the front of the room, so basic knowledge of poses is recommended. Only negative was the ceiling fan was covered in black dust. It was super gross and distracting every time I had to look up.
