    These flow classes with Graham specifically might be my favorite workout class I’ve ever taken. It’s the perfect fusion of yoga and strength. If you’re someone who thinks yoga is “too slow” this is the perfect class for you. The music is also great and really adds to the high-energy of the class. I look forward to Tuesdays and Thursdays for this class!!!!

    Loved this class! I’ve done hundreds of barre classes and this felt challenging in a new way. 60 minutes goes by fast! I loved the breath work at the end of class. Greer is an amazing instructor, very warm and attentive. The studio is beautiful and the front desk staff went out of their way to welcome me (it was my first time). I only wish that they had more mirrors, particularly behind the bars for taller people (I’m 5’10). I like to be able to check on my form, but in order to do that I had to be at the shorter bar and that ended up being a little uncomfortable. Most of the class was in the center of the room, so it wasn’t a major problem, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall and petty like me lol

    Great class! It was challenging but not overwhelmingly so, especially for someone like me who has a bit of pilates experience but hasn't worked out in a while.     Amazing class, Mikayla was thorough with their explanations of each move and went around the room correcting form which I found to be very helpful. I have tried out Classic and Align classes at Pure Barre before which I liked, but this class stood out for me because we were able to use a heavier set of weights and had more of an emphasis on upper body which you don’t really find in most barre/pilates classes. I will definitely be adding this to my rotation at least for the month of December.
