    Inferno Hot Pilates Express

    Top 40 and tabata style class. A far cry from alignment-focused pilates, laughably so. Not my thing at all and definitely not what I was expecting, to be honest I couldn’t have disliked this more. BUT if you like this kind of thing (everyone else in class seemed to love it and it sells out often so there’s definitely an audience for it) then this is the place for you. It’s kind of like bar class meets HIIT. I would return to try one of the heated yoga offerings because the space is decent and well-maintained, and while this particular class didn’t resonate for me, the teacher was great for what it was.

    POLE TECHNIQUE (Tricks & Climbs)

    Foxy just opened a new studio room, with 5 poles! The poles are all 45 mm, I believe, which are smaller in diameter than the poles in the other rooms. I am really impressed and I think it will be much easier to get into classes here because they can accommodate more girls now. Also I love schwanda - she is one of the best instructors here

    The coolest stretches! The instructor was very welcoming and fun. You will do tons of variations in this class mostly leg stretches though. Wish there were more stretches to the back. Definitely and all levels class. I’m not very stretchy but didn’t feel one bit intimidated.
