    Push Max

Super hard class. I’m not a beginner and I found it challenging but rewarding at the same time. Class was small and the people were so friendly and welcoming. Justin ensures that I knew how to use the equipment and watched my form. Excellent workout.

    Hybrid Strength Club

Amazing class, the instructor will challenge you while making sure you keep proper form. He starts the class with a 12-15 min warm up that incorporates dynamic stretches, then you work on a strength excerzise, which varies every class (squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc.) and then you work on a speed challenge, which also varies per class, and can include battle ropes, ball slams, sand bags, prowler, box jumps... There is a clock which counts down the hour and before you know it, the clock buzzer goes off and you end class feeling accomplished. I can't wait to go back next week. Highly recommend this type of training!
