    Loved this class. It’s a bit different from other megareformer workouts but is still very effective. Appreciated that music wasn’t blaring like at other studios, however the floors could use a sweeping. Jen was welcoming and encouraging and demonstrated a lot of the exercises on the megareformer which was helpful.

    Challenging class but so worth it. Small boutique studio with friendly people who make you feel welcome. The weather was nice so we did some running outdoors which is really unique. On Sundays they have a class at the harbor which Id like to try. Id definitely go back.

    Amazing class, the instructor will challenge you while making sure you keep proper form. He starts the class with a 12-15 min warm up that incorporates dynamic stretches, then you work on a strength excerzise, which varies every class (squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc.) and then you work on a speed challenge, which also varies per class, and can include battle ropes, ball slams, sand bags, prowler, box jumps... There is a clock which counts down the hour and before you know it, the clock buzzer goes off and you end class feeling accomplished. I can't wait to go back next week. Highly recommend this type of training!
