But this place....exceeded my expectations. I actually used the tea station, I "arrived" in my space knowing it's clean, I "welcomed" myself to a place where I feel comfortable enough to connect with my practice again and this is definitely going to be part of my weekly routine. 😌 I am home. Just in time when I truly needed it most. Thank you to the husband and wife duo for creating a prenatal and postnatal space that is NOT in the valley. This place is a gem. 💎 oh and i'm bringing my husband next time cuz..yea! its that good.

The Mountain Nest property is so stunning, and the Pilates studio is so aesthetic, clean and felt like I was having a private session with 2 other girls there. I love how intimate the studio is. Michal is a phenomenal instructor who makes sure you are doing everything correctly, and really cares about your well being and safety. My grip socks weren't grippy enough and because she was concerned about my safety, she gifted me a pair to use for the class which I thought was so nice! It was a 5 star experience! I'll be back for sure!! 🧡🙏🦋
