    I loved this class so much! My legs felt like they were dying but the instructor kept us so motivated so I never gave up, loved her cues throughout class too. This class incorporated a good mix of strength and cardio. Perfect way to start my morning!

    Kara is an awesome instructor! She does a great job. I think the studio is kept much too cold for a barre class. It should be at least 70. It was set at 64. Barre isn’t a sweaty workout and the class was very easy, so I was freezing the entire time in socks and a sweatshirt and had muscle spasms due to the cold.
