    Jenny is one of the best instructors around! She walks around each station and ensures you do at least 2-3 reps correctly before moving on to the next person. Class format is 3 exercises x 4 blocks, total 12 different exercises and she came around every single one of them. Compared to other studios where instructors just shout and walk around, i like this better.

Even with 6 pax, he managed to give equal attention to each person throughout the 30-minute leg training circuit which consisted of 6 exercises condensed into 3 supersets! I suspect the regular attendees even enjoy his ā€œsadisticā€ way of pushing you to exceed your maximum effort. Not for the faint of heart but Iā€™ll definitely be back again!
