The only minus point is they don't have a dispenser to refill water bottles. I know you try to make money by making people buying bottled water, but I'm on a single-use plastic diet here. Besides, keeping the members hydrated doesn't give you any harm.

    I really love this class. The teacher is so generous, she doesn’t mind adding more time, up to 120mins when needed. The flows were awesome. Today’s first 60mins was super, I drenched a lot and felt like flying. The teacher corrected the alignments and encouraged us to push a bit further for progress and assisted the progress dedicatedly.     Don't choose this as your first time ever with barre! just because the time is shorter (45min as oppose to usual 57) it doesn't get easier and you're more prone to injuries if you're not aware of proper form. this class goes at faster speed so sometimes they do not have time to walk up to you and adjust your form or guide you how to get into the correct pose if you have no prior knowledge.

    Amanda’s class is the only reason i’d wanna wake up early in the morning on a Saturday. Def worth the wake up call! Amenities wise - Fire station 1 is good! It’s a little cramp but it fits everyone in each session. After each class, they will clean the equipments & give you cold towels. Plus point for that!     The room was on FIRE!!!!????? Very warm due to weak air conditioning. Quite squeezy as well, with 10 people cramped into a small room and equipment scattered everywhere on the floor. But whatever the space lacks, Timothy made up for it with the routine. Really like the structured way of conducting HIIT, and his attention to correcting our form. During one of the rounds, we partnered up and tried a bit of calisthenics and it was quite fun. Really like the circuit round as well. Tim is suitably encouraging but can come across as quite dispassionate. Would be nice if he can lighten up once in a while but overall, really really good sweat (the hot room helps).

    Mindfulness

    This is my first time to LEVEL and a mindfulness class and it was a great experience! Michelle has a kind and affable personality so it makes it easier to relax during the session. She shared some insights on mindfulness and we went through a breathing exercise, body scan and ended with meditation. It was nice of her to check in after each exercise to see how I was feeling. I had insomnia the night before and this class really helped to calm my mind. Thank you!

    Aerial | Beginners

    My first time but absolutely enjoyed this. Muscles felt relaxed aft a day of work. Class is good if you have some core and upper body strength but if not, working towards the movement will help train strength in those areas! Ryan was rly friendly and approachable to anyone in class who needed help.
