I saw there were a couple bathrooms (stocked with hair ties and feminine products) and a shower room qs well. Grip socks are sold at the studio, as well as a couple racks of fitness clothes. I tried out a full sculpt class for the first time yesterday morning at the lake Mary location, it was challenging as there are zero breaks, but rewarding in the end. I didn’t realize there was a form foundation class (the class I took today), and I wish I started out with this one! The playlist was great. The instructor was very informative and he went around to each person in the class to correct our form if needed. He also demonstrated every exercise on the reformer first, which I absolutely appreciated so much because I learn best by watching first! Thank you Jean!

Carolina was quick to help me with my bike and make sure I was set up for success during the ride. Good music and a really great workout! Definitely an inspiring, motivational, and uplifting environment. Also, Urban was beautifully setup, clean, very modern, and conveniently located in the area.
