see all reviewsSara was really lovely. The ambiance was nice as well. This was a sculpt class so it had workout circuits with a bit of yoga mixed in. It was the perfect level of difficult but achievable and Sara provided alternate poses/exercises if we needed accommodation. Thanks Sara!
