    Butts & Guts Lagree

When I went to Moov a few years back I thought of their style as moderate to light intensity. However, Jillian’s classes are NO JOKE. Challenging and intense (in a great way) is my current outlook. Jillian has great energy and knows how to inspire. Recommend to those who love challenging classes which help you get the most out of your workout

Great class! Very relaxing and calm experience. Annie has such a beautiful voice. The studio has a pretty peaceful vibe. I got great stretches for my quad and back.

Gene is great! I really liked this class. I wouldn’t say it’s a typical yoga class; there was more of a meditation focus while holding stretches for a longer period of time. All of the stretches felt great and were easily accessible, with solid modifications. She does this class mostly during the winter but I’d love if she could keep it going even once or twice a month during the summer!

Clara is literally THE BEST! She is so kind and informative when it comes to making corrections, so her class is great for beginners, but you really feel the burn, so it’s still challenging! Her music selection is also always AMAZING

    VIBE (on the mat)

This studio is worthy of its name - it gave me an overwhelming sense of serenity as soon as I walked in. Felt like a sweet little escape from reality. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE this heated mat pilates format. Katelynn did an amazing job of navigating us through all the moves and correcting our forms throughout the class. The workout went from sweet to spicy quickly! Be ready to sweat. I left the studio feeling so grounded, energized, and good about myself!

Such an amazing class taught by Daniela! I loved how she offered some time to learn new and unique poses, I feel like you don’t always get that in most classes and getting a few minutes to learn new poses is always fun! The flow was gentle yet challenging and my body was thanking me for coming to my mat by the end of it. :) Couldn’t recommend Daniela enough!
