IN PERSON: Intro to Dance and Ballet

Was very fast paced considering it is meant to be a beginner class. I did dance as a kid so I had some basis for what to do, but she didn’t even talk about foot or arm position or proper posture until I asked if I was in the wrong level. After checking she told me some people stay in that class for roughly 9 months before progressing to beginner, so keep that in mind.

Maria's classes are always challenging me to the next level! We did a combo of beginner and advanced poses but you can always modify and there's no shame.

Jazmyne is an incredible teacher. She’s super encouraging and accommodating. She makes sure everyone can have fun and dance no matter their skills/ experience. The energy is always top tier and I can always get a great workout from it too. I’ve taken this class with her a few times and will definitely continue to come back💗

    Dance Pop-Up: Bollyfemme (Bollywood Fusion)

Enough repetition so that I could follow, detailed instruction so that there was always something to work on. A focus on the type of attitude to project that made sense with the physical aspect of the dance.
