Great class! I was initially super upset to see my favorite teacher wouldnt be teaching (although I do very much appreciate that this studio sends out a text to notify of teacher changes). I absolutely loved Ryan though. He had a great energy, and I loved this hip opening flow. Also one of the best playlists Ive practiced to in a while. Will definitely seek out his classes in the future.

Alison has such a lovely, calm vibe! This was a really unique workout that is very low impact. Lots of long holds, stretching, and also conditioning movements like chair poses, planks, and abs, to get your heart rate moving. We did a lot of movements I’ve never done before (neck and shoulders, arm movements). Alison also does the entire workout with you!!!

Wow, this was an absolutely fantastic class. One of the best I’ve taken through ClassPass. Percell has a background training pro athletes, and you can tell. He understands the science of the body and how to make the most out of the workout. At the same time, the structure of the class is good for all levels and he’s great about balancing everyone’s needs. I left feeling like I got the most out of my time and left sore for days after. Also he’s not hard on the eyes so that adds to the motivation!

Merav gave a great class! It was a good mix of restorative work and Pilates strength training. I went in to class today super sore from kickboxing yesterday, feeling out muscularly out of sorts & as though I couldn’t stand up straight. Her clear instruction & expert sequencing brought me back life! I wouldn’t say she’s Classical Pilates but she’s not strictly contemporary either. I appreciate teachers who really understand the poses and the body, and Linsey certainly falls into that class. She doesn’t just blindly adjust you; she assesses your specific body needs to find the best approach to help you fit the archetype. Adjustments are supportive while also reframing the experience. On top of all the magical restorative work Linsey’s mastery of sound healing and playing the crystal bowls at the end of practice added a magical touch. Six stars for this one!

    MELT Method

Claudia, is such an awesome MELT tracher. I'm incredibly disappointed that the studio has been closed. The government and the media have blown the danger of this flu out of proportion. A greater, persistent danger is all the EMF we're subjected to from our phones, tablets, SMART TVs, etc. People are likr zombies on the subways and buses. It's frightening how they're is no pusb back against all the EMF. As humans, we have evolved over BILLIONS of years to develop a formidable immune system. The government has brainwashed people into believing they need the flu vaccine. You DON'T!!!! It should be a choice to get it, instead it's being forced upon children and workers. They're even injecting babies born within 24 hours for Hepatitis B. Hep b is transmitted via sex and blood. They could just dp a simple blood test on the mom called the Heaptitis B surface antigen, but they don't. I hope you realize this "flu" means they're going to develop a universal flu faccine. Just wait .

Charlotte was very welcoming. I appreciated that, b/c it was my first time taking a hot yoga class. She went through 3 different flow routines, and each one had 3 repetitions. First time thru, poses were held a little longer as she talked us through the movements. Second time thru, a bit quicker. Third time thru, she invited us to go at our own pace, taking the poses that most spoke to us from what she’d just led. It was during the 3rd time of each set that the music was cranked up high so we could just concentrate on our own moves and bodies. Candle-lit studio was very soothing. After this experience, which included lots of sweating, I am up for trying another hot yoga class! If you take this, just remember to hydrate during the class.

I was expecting more of a flow-type class, but the one I attended was more yin-like and used yoga props like blankets and chairs. Alice went around helping us get into better positions or deeper stretches; that was ace. The studio’s super cute, but has no showers.

Albany is wonderful- she pumped us up and kicked our butts in a class that is very dependent on instructor. She’s very knowledgeable and put together a well-rounded program. We would definitely return to her class!

Grace is one of my favorite instructors. She gives a nice flow and it’s always challenging in the right ways. Always appreciate learning new poses.

Nick is the best teacher at yogaspark. I only come to this studio for his class - they are both challenging and introspective, all while being taught in a genuine and authentic way.
