SOUL SWEAT
see all reviewsI always check the teacher reviews before attending a class but took a risk when Jennifer did not have any. Im so glad I did. Shes great!! Love her energy, inspirational words plus it was a really good work out. This studio is everything that Ive been looking for and I highly recommend it.
LL Studio by Laughing Lotus brings the movement, music, and spiritual depth to unleash…Sweat-Flow
see all reviewsHoly cow. Ive been to lots of these trendy heated yoga places - Y7, yoga vida, sky ting - this class was harder (and maybe hotter) than them all. Maybe also cuz I was fighting a cold. But it was doable, and all levels in the class. Loved the Jen and the playlist! Good vibes.

Justin Timberlake vs. Britney Spears WeFlowHard Vinyasa Yoga
see all reviewsLoved this class! Ashley was an awesome leader. The flow was challenging and very well paced. I typically don’t like hot yoga but this was at a perfect level that made me feel more flexible and invigorated. And the music was everything!! Probably not for beginners but if you already like yoga, this is such a fun and unique way to take your practice to the next level.
Y7 Studio is sweat drippin', beat bumpin', candlelit yoga. All studios are heated…WeFlowHard Vinyasa Yoga
see all reviewsKaren has become my favorite Y7 instructor! Her flows arent overly complicated but definitely challenge you. Also the speed of her 1-breath-1-movement keeps you on your toes, and youre able to do the flow in the third round multiple times per side. I think Im gonna try and only take Karen from now on.
Y7 Studio is sweat drippin', beat bumpin', candlelit yoga. All studios are heated…Slow Burn Vinyasa Yoga
see all reviewsLove slow burn. Don’t mistake it for not being hard. I find this class sometimes harder than the regular class and the flow is just a lot more smooth and makes the class pass faster. Molly was challenged us and made me seeat! Definitely felt the burn.
Y7 Studio is sweat drippin', beat bumpin', candlelit yoga. All studios are heated…Hot Power Lunch Hour
see all reviewsFirst time at this studio. Very nice and great teacher. Super normal, which is rare for yoga lol. Very non-judge mental and easy to follow. But she did not demonstrate in the front of the room, so basic knowledge of poses is recommended. Only negative was the ceiling fan was covered in black dust. It was super gross and distracting every time I had to look up.

see all reviewsWow that was phenomenal. Jennifer is great. Good at providing different options/modifications for different levels of yoga. I mainly use y7 to stretch out my muscles and "sweat that sh*t out" as they say, and her style of teaching did just that. I also love all the renovations they did (although I haven't been to this location in 2 years so idk how recent it is).
Y7 Studio is sweat drippin', beat bumpin', candlelit yoga. All studios are heated…Some Like it Hot
see all reviewsLoved the class, but as an FYI Ive taken this instructor twice now in the 6:45am Wednesday morning class and I have found that its not as much pure flow as Im accustomed to in other classes, rather she has people do slow work on individual poses to build structure in a shorter flow sequence later. I find it to be harder in a way but I also can tell that its teaching me proper body positioning on poses I may have been doing wrong for a while. Lots of individual attention and adjustments even in pretty full classes which is great.
Heatwise was created for you to practice hot vinyasa yoga in a clean, comfortable…Hot Pilates
see all reviewsWowza! Hot HIIT/Pilates! Part abs/Pilates part boot camp (burpees/squats/planks/pushups). Highly recommend if you’re up for the challenge! I loved it. Plus this is one of my fav studios in nyc - spacious + all windows. Thank you!
Fierce Grace NYC is the first USA studio location of British hot yoga brand Fierce…exhale Barre+Yoga
see all reviewsI loved this format! Solid warmup before moving to the barre. Julie designs intense thighs and glute exercises before moving to the mat for an intense stretch and vinyasa flows. End with a short ab series. Julie is so encouraging and corrects alignment and form. She also offers amazing modifications for the various levels. Julie is the reason why I come to exhale
This spacious boutique fitness studio in NYC’s “fitness district” offers a full suite…Heated Flow
see all reviewsNathan gives a concise, encouraging, warm technical class that is accessible but definitely still applicable to advanced practitioner. Atmospheric electronic and classical music give the room a nice presence. He gives minimal but amazing adjustments too. Can always count on loving his class!
Yoga Vida offers a welcoming and inviting environment that keeps yoga accessible…Heated Flow
see all reviewsThe studio is brand new and gorgeous with tons of amenities. Courtney led a great flow that was just the right balance between challenging and relaxing. Front desk check in was seamless and the man checking me in was very friendly. I will definitely return.
Yoga Vida offers a welcoming and inviting environment that keeps yoga accessible…Brave Body Project
see all reviewsFriendly, upbeat and engaging instructor, energizing playlist, fabulous facilities, and way more sweating and cardio than a full body sculpting session has any right to have. All these elements combine to create a spectacular and highly recommended, not to mention darn efficient, 45 minute workout!

see all reviewsThis Studio is so cozy it was perfect for a cold Sunday night. This was my first time here and taking Beth's class - she lead us through a great class with poses that were challenging at times but had a nice restorative section before savasana.

see all reviewsThis might be my favorite yoga class I've ever taken. Matt was great, gave hands-on adjustments, and introduced some poses not usually practiced in the typical flow. Everything was a totally welcome challenge and I left feeling stellar!
Yoga Vida offers a welcoming and inviting environment that keeps yoga accessible…Katonah Yoga
see all reviewsI was expecting more of a flow-type class, but the one I attended was more yin-like and used yoga props like blankets and chairs. Alice went around helping us get into better positions or deeper stretches; that was ace. The studio’s super cute, but has no showers.

see all reviewsIt was a great class, but other people taking it are so disrespectful. I dont know when y7 changed to talk as loud as you can before class starts. Ive gotten shushed before for whispering. Now people leave 10 minutes early. Half the class was gone. Where do you need to be at 750pm on a Thursday??
Y7 Studio is sweat drippin', beat bumpin', candlelit yoga. All studios are heated…#HipHopWednesdays WeFlowHard Vinyasa Yoga
see all reviewsCharlie was an awesome instructor but the venue is a little odd. Had to awkwardly squeeze through an ongoing CrossFit course to get to the women’s locker room and the Y7 room itself had no fans which by shavasana I really needed.
Y7 Studio is sweat drippin', beat bumpin', candlelit yoga. All studios are heated…SKY TING Yoga + Chill
see all reviewsReally enjoyed having two instructors in this class. I love getting the extra adjustments, Jess and Faye were both very graceful and tender with their touches! Also feeling a tad sore after this class the next day, which is always a good sign that the yoga class worked me out! Love SKYTING!

see all reviewsI look forward to Jessica’s class each week. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and talented. The pace and flow of her class is a perfect blend of challenging and therapeutic. I’ve really learned a lot and improved through taking her classes.
Yogamaya combines vinyasa flow, alignment, Kirtan and spiritual teachings all under…BlacklightSpark
see all reviewsThis was a good class. The folks at the studio were really lovely, the studio was cool, particularly the blacklight, mats and towels are included, they have an innovative studio entry / exit system, nice showers, all of it. I didnt love the hip hop during class - never enjoy that during yoga - but otherwise quite good. The flow was FAST. Very fast. Gotta know what youre doing. Also, the room felt hotter than your average hot yoga studio.

see all reviewsMy 1st class here and I LOVED it. Beautiful, tranquil, meditative space with a friendly staff and great amenities (including chai tea and coconut water yum!). Mats and towels included. Warm but not uncomfortably so. Flow was perfectly paced for an ideal balance between movement and stillness. Highly recommend!

see all reviewsI love Calebs class. Hes high energy and learns everyones name in class. Best sweaty workout. But, the facility needs to put this class in a bigger studio. Its gotten too popular lately and theres not enough space. Plus, poor Caleb had to teach today while the heating was running.

Flow
see all reviewsThe location is very tricky since the only number on the door is an entrance to an apt complex but youll be directed to follow the ramp around the corner where eventually you will see signs. The actual yoga studio is clean with high ceilings. Class should be advertised as bikram yoga because it was hot. Instructor was lovely and flow focused on stretching and breathing.
Yoga Vida offers a welcoming and inviting environment that keeps yoga accessible…WOOM Fire
see all reviewsThe space is very cool with a cafe in front. There are two bathrooms that you can change in, a coat/ shoe area, cubbies inside for your purse. They provide mats, bolster, blocks, blankets, eye mask (or you can buy one for $9). The cafe will refill your bottle with filtered water as well. The yoga room is large with speakers above and built into the floor. During class they project visuals around you and play beats. The beginning and end have an eye mask portion. There is an emphasis on sound experience here. I really enjoyed the yoga. There was a lot of stretching and flow as well to heat you up. I took fire their winter special class so I'm not sure if signature is similar but I was dripping sweat. Lots of variations for different levels of practitioners. At the end there is a spritz of aromatherapy and you get an elixer shot as you walk out. Very warm and welcoming staff. They also have a dog named Shapiro.
WOOM CENTER is the holistic lovechild of east and west, tradition and innovation…Hot HIIT
see all reviewsNot as challenging (especially in cardio) as it could be but still a great class and excellent instructor . My only complaint is that this studio is so disgusting and really needs to be fixed up and cleaned up! They painted it recently, but that is not nearly enough to keep a hot yoga studio clean and sanitary and not disgusting feeling. They should take notes from Y7, sweat and some of the other hot yoga studios about how to do this better.

see all reviewsKate is great. Class was hard AF, worth the trip from the east village. A great way to mix up my regular hot yoga and reformer practice. If you are at all uncomfortable in tight quarters this might not be for you. Your mat will likely touch the persons next to you-it's that popular of a class.

see all reviewsWOW! This class was killer. Samantha was hands on, attentive and nice. Only 6 reformers in the studio so a lot of hands on adjustments. The reformers are also in GREAT CONDITION & the studio is beautiful and clean. I cant wait to come back
Just Like OM is a wellness studio offering a variety wellness services including…Open + Restore (Mixed Level)
see all reviewsChristine is a really lovely person and she was a great teacher. She gave a few hands-on adjustments, which seemed well received, and also demoed poses that involved slightly more complex transitions. The only downside to class is that the window near me was open for 90% of class. While that would be lovely and refreshing in September, it's December so it felt a bit brrrisk. Can't wait to come back for another class soon!

see all reviewsThis was my first time and I immediately fell in love with this charming studio. Brandi guided us through a wonderful restorative yoga practice. I have done restorative before and find certain poses uncomfortable for me even with the support props. She patiently worked with me to find alternate poses that could work for my body. Ill be back.

see all reviewsWas expecting a light relaxing class on my work-out off day but this class surprised me! You get a great ab / arm workout and some serious glute toning (some of these moves remind me a lot of barre class) - decent calorie burn too (comparable to a open level vinyasa class) Instructor was really upbeat with great energy!

see all reviewsAmazing instruction from Paula. This isnt a sweaty fast paced vinyasa class. Nevertheless it packs a profound physical punch - the class started out with some very subtle ab work that, to my great surprise, left my core visibly different the next day. The rest of the class focused a lot on anatomy and where your movements should be coming from. Ill definitely be back. I feel like this type of knowledge is key for aging well and preventing injuries.

see all reviewsReally good class. No crazy poses so accessible to all levels but still challenging. The teacher had great little tips to improve form but she did not let corrections get in the way of keeping the flow moving. Also the studio is so nice.

see all reviewsDefinitely an advanced class - but doable! Since moving from the city, I’ve struggled to find classes in the Jersey City/ Hoboken area in general that expect more from you but this was super athletic and challenging. Highly recommend if you want to really push yourself and not just get a gold star for showing up!

The entire experience was really inspiring and new to me. Of course my mind wandered in a million directions but thats expected for first time. Plus we also all had a good chat after about our experience. Very cool.

see all reviewsGreat class! I was initially super upset to see my favorite teacher wouldnt be teaching (although I do very much appreciate that this studio sends out a text to notify of teacher changes). I absolutely loved Ryan though. He had a great energy, and I loved this hip opening flow. Also one of the best playlists Ive practiced to in a while. Will definitely seek out his classes in the future.
