    Sui Sun Moon

I’ve taken several Sun Moon classes and this was by far my favorite. Karina’s flow was really cohesive - dynamic upper back and shoulder activators that then facilitated the heart opening yin poses that came afterwards. I had a really profound release of tension and tons of blood flow to my neck and head (where so much of us hold tension). Really enjoyed Karina’s instruction as well. 10/10 would come again.

    Dynamic Hum

What a great instructor! Scheduled incorrectly today so I was coming from another exercise class (do not recommend! Take a longer break!), but despite how active this class was, it was still relaxing. I wish I could take Katey’s classes more. Didn’t see any lotion in the locker room but I might have missed it? Otherwise, the amenities are great, class felt community oriented and the instructor asked students and was encouraging about getting a response. This class would be such a great way to get to know fellow yogis because, while it’s intense, it’s also just FUN. Maybe in the future there will be opportunity to engage with people who attend the same classes as us!

    Warm Candlelit Yin Yoga

What can I say, candlelit yin at 8p is the perfect pace for me. Sam always finds a way to include Chinese medicine into the beginning of the session which really relaxes you for what’s to come. Her poses are intentional and great for waking up muscles you likely don’t stretch enough. Sitting in these poses for longer period of times (purpose of yin) also offers opportunities to practice your breathing which is something I struggle with. 10/10 would take again.

    Some Like it Hot

Jenna put together a fun and challenging sequence with great music! Some of the transitions between poses felt abrupt so it didn’t feel like a more traditional flow. I appreciated her encouraging energy and hands on adjustments throughout the class.

Ariel’s one of the best instructors at the studio. I always leave her class feeling a bit more competent than before. She provides a very zen environment. She is good with providing feedback as well/spotting! It was a bit chilly today in class not sure if there was some draft going on - wasn’t as hot as It normally was.

I’ve come to Madeline’s Monday morning class 3 times now. It made my Monday morning ritual to kick off for the week. I really enjoyed the lower paced flow. I can focus on waking up my body and the enjoyment of long stretches from them. Her music always been a plus. Please keep up the great work and thanks for providing your coaching on a Monday morning.

    Morning Flow

Perfect class!! I feel great afterwards. Instructor is so nice and her flow is clear and approachable for everyone. Studio is all one room, clean and relaxing with all the props you need. Not heated, but warm at a nice level. No hands on adjustments that I saw, the instructor does the flow herself and you can do your own thing if needed. No judgement or stress here.

Loved this class! The initial getting in was kind of cramped and hectic but I’m sure it’s not usually busy like that. This was so relaxing and I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I didn’t want to do in this class. I also loved how I was guided in such a soft way! Thank you Gena! (I hope that’s how you spell it)

The class that I’m looking for! I really like it! I can’t remember the last time I did yoga but I can say this class was beginner friendly. There were only 4 people when I attend so it was easier to focus. Dolma is a great and super nice instructor! She remembers names and corrected my pose few times in a very kind way. The place was clean. I feel very refreshed after the class!

Katie is an incredible instructor! She teaches a great yin class with lots of heart and hip openers that I really enjoyed and felt much more open at the end of class. She is also a reiki master and she incorporated that into the class in a way that was totally cleansing and left me feeling very free. I can’t say enough good things about her class!
