Just a note for the studio, and this might be subjective but I just can’t get on board with the music choices lately - it used to be fun throwbacks or remix’s.     This is one of those classes that will have you breathless and potentially cursing during but also will have you leaving feeling empowered. John is an exceptional instructor concentrating on form and providing options for all levels. As a beginner I felt very supported during this class and also encouraged to finish.     I’m giving this five stars because it’s a clean studio, professionally run, on time, etc — all the basics for a well-run studio. The class wasn’t really for me though — lots of older music (Born to be wild, etc) and I didn’t really enjoy the choreography. But they have a loyal following and the people who like them really like them so, maybe this is for you!

    Great workout, nice instructors, fun music. Will definitely go back. Only feedback would be that they start the classes back to back (the class before ends at 10:30 and this class starts at 10:30) - that means that this class starts a little late and the transition period is a little chaotic. I think the studio should consider staggering the classes so there’s ~10 minutes between each class
