Only feedback would be that they start the classes back to back (the class before ends at 10:30 and this class starts at 10:30) - that means that this class starts a little late and the transition period is a little chaotic.     This is one of those classes that will have you breathless and potentially cursing during but also will have you leaving feeling empowered. John is an exceptional instructor concentrating on form and providing options for all levels. As a beginner I felt very supported during this class and also encouraged to finish.
