    I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

    Lovely studio, great instructor! I like the pace of class, it is grounding to start and end with meditation. The hiit portion of the class was challenging but you are switching up the movements often that it went by fast. Total body workout with the weights, TRX, and body weight cardio. Will book again. #classpassinsider

    This crunch was in much better condition than your average crunch. If not brand new it was definitely recently renovated. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and even cheerful which was extra noticeable bc it was snowstorm and they were right by the door. The locker room lockers require a padlock but there are lockers right outside the locker room with keypad locks. Good array of equipment and everything was clean.

    Great full body workout using dumbbells and bodyweight. Class consisted of 3 circuits, each circuit had 5 workouts-3 strength, 1 cardio and 1 core (done three times through). Expect to do squats, lunges, planks, tricep extensions, bicep curls, jumping jacks, skiers etc.
