    Always a great class! Good mix of cardio and strength training and perfect all levels. You can really go at your own pace and modify when needed. The only party that could be changed is the rough ground. Wish there were mats when we’re doing planks because it definitely hurts my hands. Definitely coming back!

    Amazing! Incredibly challenging. I had to take a 5 minute break! A mixture of calisthenics, fast paced Pilates floor work, boot camp without the weightlifting “break.” Lots of plank jacks, burpees, flutter kicks, pushups and mountain climbers, with no real pauses. Possibly the most difficult class I’ve ever taken, just for the cardio alone. You won’t miss your spinning class. The only suggestion I could make would be to add an arm sequence, maybe with light weights...but I know that goes against the spirit of “no equipment.” So good!!

    Jeff gets a lot of flack lol. I personally love his classes. I find them physically challenging and mentally stimulating, even if he goes off on little tangents sometimes. I don’t mind a little chuckle for during a hard and hot 75 min flow. Nothing wrong with a little comic relief. He does do hands on adjustments, and yes he should ask for permission given the climate and sometimes sad realities of this practice within the yoga community, but personally I have a lot of alignment issues/injuries so I feel I greatly benefit from being corrected and shown how it feels to be doing the poses correctly. I never feel like he’s doing so in a creepy or threatening way, however that’s just my experience. Take it or leave it. Definitely a non-traditional class setup but always an amazing, well-thought out flow.

    I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

    Wow she is awesome. Probably a former dancer (you can tell from her grace and posture) which meant she gave excellent, form focused demos. She also teaches at physique57 which means she’s incredibly clear when describing the moves, and actually monitors the class to give individualized feedback. She wasted NO time and was very urgent. The moves were also simple and easy to follow, but extremely effective. She encouraged me- specifically- to increase my dumbbell weight and I SO appreciated that motivation. Thank you for a truly excellent class and I cannot wait to come back!

    Great cardio and kickboxing class. Class stared off with an intense 10 min of straight body weight cardio and shadow boxing (jump squats, burpees, lunges, jumping jacks, mountain climbers etc). Then class was split in half. Half doing standard circuits (dumbbell renegade rows, box jumps and tricep dips, treadmill, rope pulls, med ball slams) whole the other half of class did different bag work combination stations- one station being with the instructor. Class ended with sit ups and dumbbell shadow boxing/lifts/curls.

    First time, was the only one there at 7p (in btw Xmas and NYE, hence unusual attendance), but still a great experience. Cole still held class, made me feel super comfortable and had great energy / knowledge. Workout seemed oriented on a series of sets, usually with an EMOM anchoring the middle, not quite HIIT but there’s something in each set to make sure the heart rate stays up. Class would be tough if it’s your first time EVER working out, but still very accessible if you say do some dumbbell/kettlebell strength and cycling/HIIT type classes elsewhere - but want to extend your skill set w/ say basic lifting.

    Great class with a very welcoming and inspiring instructor! Couldn't have had a better first experience trying silks at this fun and challenging workout that builds upper body strength, flexibility, and coordination. It's a nice space and the group has a very friendly, supportive vibe.

    Coach came as me about 5-6 mins late. Not good but no biggie. Class is nonstop. No breaks whatsoever. GREAT sweat. They do alot of outdoor laps. We dis 4 today so bring a long sleeve shirt to easily slip into. There’s alot of cardio and jump squats, which I prefer. First 1/2 is mainly cardio drills: high knees, planks, outside laps around the block, bear crawls. Second 1/2 is a circuit we do two tomes followed by an outside lap. No breaks at all. No slowing down. Challenging class. Good for overall toning and to blast cals. Not good if you’re a model or dancer looking to sculpt and not bulk up. We dud extended plans that can bulk up the shoulders as well as burpees & jump squats that can bulk up the legs. Literally your agent’s nightmare. I’d still def return but modify the moves as I did today to avoid jump squats/a ton of big thigh muscle work.

    Great class that involved shadow boxing, bag boxing and boxing with the instructor. Worked on all the basics and fundamentals, stance, punch combinations etc but it will also get your heart rate up and leave you sweaty.
