She is sweet, energetic, and encouraging, entertaining you with funny stories to take your mind off the at-times painful work you are doing. Plus, she will subtly make sure to correct your form, so you can avoid injury, without making you feel embarrassed or singled out. Mixed is a well-rounded barre class that will leave you feeling energized, with loose and limber muscles, for the rest of your day. A great way to start your weekend.

    Great workout. Small class because it was 8:30pm which was nice. Tom has a rowing background, which I think really makes a difference for coaching. The instructors without rowing backgrounds can lead good classes but don’t always have as good form or know how to correct things.
