Faster paced than open level and really killer core workout - the trapeze series is so good and so killer every time. You get to move and use the reformer in ways that challenge body and mind. However there is usually at least one person in class who is inexperienced and that holds the class up. If you are a beginner, this is not the class for you. I suggest reading the description of the class before booking to ensure you are signing up for the appropriate class.

Her style was unique and although i’ve taken pilates classes many times before, I was glad I learned some new moves from her. :) I love that the studio is on the ground floor & with natural light shining in. They have extra workout tools like Tennis sized balls, Bala weight bars & Bala Power Ring to enhance your workout. I’m interested in seeing how each teacher will incorporate them in their classes. Will definitely be back again!

see all reviewsVery fun and challenging (but not so challenging that you can’t finish the class!). I’ve never done barre, so was a little confused at first, but you get a hang of it fast. The instructor gave good energy, and the flow of the class was great. Great way to start Sunday. The studio itself is very pleasant and clean.

see all reviewsWow I was not in the mood but that was a really good work out - kudos to the instructor and studio!! Love the focus on micro muscle strengthening and making it very tough with low impact. Don’t love lunges but unlike many such classes they didn’t over emphasize . Great studio too
