    No one has coined the phrase “never miss a Wednesday”, so I’m here to say it loud and clear “NEVER MISS A WEDNESDAY!!” When the Sunday scaries hit, I immediately start looking forward to Ilana’s Wednesday 9am class, and when it’s over, I know the energy built up in that class is what keeps me going until the weekend. It is quite literally the happiest milestone of each week.

    Slow Intermediate Simonson

    I would recommend some dance experience or at least good coordination in order to take this class. That said, though, Chris was super nice and encouraging, the music and choreography were interesting, and it was a good experience.

    Today was a very special workout! After the park, we headed to the Boardwalk in Coney Island for a second 30 min workout and a polar bear plunge (for some of us- I wasnt brave enough to do it this year!) in the Atlantic Ocean! Followed by the best breakfast of 2018 at Toms Diner. A terrific way to start the new year!!!!
