    Oh. My. Goodness. This was my first time taking this class but it will DEF not be the last. I read reviews that said Lindsey paces her classes well and that’s a perfect explanation. I was challenged (and dripping sweat) the entire way through, but not gassing out/bored at any point. I can’t wait to take this again and make it a regular part of my schedule!! Thanks!

    Similar to SLT and solidcore, but better for two reasons: 1) they project the exercises that that class will go through on the wall so you can actually track and follow, and understand what’s next. 2) the cues, instructions and modifications were really well explained.     The class was filled with light hearted vibes. James is friendly & approachable! Workouts were doable, you can make it harder by doing more rounds etc . I personally wished a timer was used (with a buzzer sound) and/or reminder of reps each exercise were vocalized out loud. It’s hard to remember what to do with which exercise when ure new.
