    FIX

Loving this class and this instructor more and more. It is demanding in a great way with shades of a proper dance class in its specificity. I feel like each time it pushes me a bit further which i love. Really really great.

    FG 60

This was my first class at fierce Grace and can't wait to come back. First timers yoga mat and towels are free to rent. The instructor Pamela was awesome. Her cues were very helpful. I picked a spot by the window bc it felt less hot there than the rest of the room. #classpassinsider

    Hot Power Hour

Amazing! It was very relaxing and the instructor was great. We even had a “screaming” component, sounds unconventional but very interesting experience to let all the stress out. Would definitely come back again

    Hot Power Hour

Jeff gets a lot of flack lol. I personally love his classes. I find them physically challenging and mentally stimulating, even if he goes off on little tangents sometimes. I don’t mind a little chuckle for during a hard and hot 75 min flow. Nothing wrong with a little comic relief. He does do hands on adjustments, and yes he should ask for permission given the climate and sometimes sad realities of this practice within the yoga community, but personally I have a lot of alignment issues/injuries so I feel I greatly benefit from being corrected and shown how it feels to be doing the poses correctly. I never feel like he’s doing so in a creepy or threatening way, however that’s just my experience. Take it or leave it. Definitely a non-traditional class setup but always an amazing, well-thought out flow.

    Super Power!

This class was intense! I was sweating and slipping on my mat, and even approached blacking out a couple of times from dizziness! Definitely a good workout, but maybe not for someone who’s adjusting to post-quarantine fitness, though! Will be interested in trying other classes at this studio.

    FLOW

Full body workout in a dim lit environment with really good music. The teachers accompany you through three flows and end the class with a wet scented towel to cool down. This is my favorite hot yoga studio in the city and highly recommend! #classpassinsider

Great class although the room is very hot - don’t think it’s officially hot yoga but feels like it to a beginner! The poses were great and it was relaxing but it’s a bit faster than other beginner classes I have been to with much more flow

    HOT HIIT®

I’ve taken Monique’s Hot HIIT class at another studio and it is simply the best and most fun work out out there! But I’m so glad that I went to Hot Yoga Chelsea to try it there because it is my new favorite yoga studio in NYC. The owner is incredibly welcoming and kind, the space is gorgeous and the vibe you get from the other students is amazing! Highly recommend

Emily was absolutely amazing. She was such a motivating instructor!!! I was seriously ready give up every 5 mins and she got me right back to it each time. All the moves weren’t too hard to follow but it was definitely not easy either. All the classes I ever took with Corepower was great, but this was the best one yet. I’ll be coming back to take her class each week. I loved it!

    ORIGINAL HOT YOGA (BIKRAM YOGA)

Second time at One Yoga, this time with a different coach (Maria). I can say with certainty that this is BY FAR the best hot yoga / bikram space in NYC! Their facilities are clean and amazing, the heat regulation is super on point and the flows / teachers are on it and give great instructions.

Awesome class!! New studio and the instructor was great, asked us what we wanted to stretch and gave plenty of options to target those muscles throughout class. Temperature was perfect for a heated class. Will definitely be back.
